New Nokia N900 looks incredible.

Apparently Nokia ups the ante! Inside a week Nokia has informed us about the Nokia Booklet 3G and Nokia Money, but only today we’re seeing something possibly game-changing. Nokia N900 – with a new Linux based Maemo operation system and Mozilla browser. Nokia is back! And, thank god, with no Symbian.

Maemo operating system looks very promising and the friends who have tried the N900 tell that it actually looks, operates and feels good. See features: meamo.nokia.com.

  1. is it linux?

  2. Yes, Maemo is Linux based OS.

    • I wonder why I bought a N97 (Switzerland), which is on repair for now 2 months, which OS is Symbian and which does not sync with Apple. I feel cheated. Hope somebody offers me the N900 at a good price and Nokia gets rid of Symbian OS. Best regards.

  3. circular motion (screwing in and screwing out) for zoom??? that’s quite funny in fact…

  4. Ok, the phone looks nice but…Its still nothing like the Iphone from what i can see. What about applications? What about day to day business with documents? How is IM? Navigation? can you get instant directions from a contact?

  5. After the N9500…Nokia still hasnt go the form right…
