Out-of-Home getting out of hand

We have all seen clever out-of-home ads, where the basic ad form has been taken to another level by adding something extra to it. You know, the wrapping papers around the ad placement or a JCDecaux Abribus filled with something. I also thought I’d seen it all. But, I was wrong.
